Now we all know that most Hollywood celebrities probably don’t apply their own make-up, especially when it comes to a red carpet event. It appears that not only did these starlets apply it themselves but may have literally been in the dark during the process.

Actress MacKenzie Phillips is up to her neck in hot water after being arrested at LAX today. She is the daughter of The Mamas and The Papas singer John Phillips, who also struggled with substance abuse prior to his death in 2001. The police gave this statement to People magazine:

Our apologizes to Tara Reid for putting her center stage as a celebrity in desperate need of a new stylist. There were so many photos that qualified for this category but Tara’s skimpy little Peter Pan outfit needed to be showcased for what it was - just plain awful.
