Gwen Stefani, very pregnant with her second child, spent the afternoon with hubby Gavin Rossdale and 2-year-old son Kingston at the London zoo on Tuesday.

Stefani, who admits to being obsessed with her weight, sparked concern with her rapid weight loss after giving birth to Kingston. The singer regained her pre-pregnancy figure in just three months with the help of a personal trainer, and has stated that she has had to work hard all her life to stay in shape.

Stefani and Rossdale have been married six years. This is the second child for the couple, and the third for Rossdale, who discovered in 2003 that he had a daughter, Daisy (born in 1989), from a previous fling with model Pearl Lowe.
