Three time rehab alumni Lindsay Lohan seemed to have had another relapse over the weekend, partying at a Manhattan nightclub. A combination of Grey Goose and Red Bull was her drink of choice.

Sources say the actress was not trying to keep her partying on the down low and when she fell to the floor after losing her balance, it was obvious to all that she had consumed too much.

Around 4:00 a.m. she stumbled into a taxi and Thank GOD for that. We’d hate to see her take out another tree. You can view the pictures of her in the back of the cab here.

If this story is true, it looks like another intervention is in order. Finding movie roles in big films will surely continue to be a challenge if Lindsay can’t prove that she can cling tightly to sobriety.
