Glamour magazine has named their 10 Best Dressed women for 2008 and Kate Moss tops the list. The 2007 winner, Kylie Minogue, has fallen to 19th spot which proves that fashion sense can be fleeting.

3 - Scarlett Johansson
4 - Rachel Bilson
5 - Jennifer Aniston
6 - Alexa Chung
7 - Reese Witherspoon
8 - Jessica Alba
9 - Keira Knightley
10 - Victoria Beckham

On the flip side, pop princess and recent sitcom starlet Britney Spears took home worst dressed honors. Those holey fishnet stockings are still burned into our brains. Thankfully she seems to be on an upsurge and is reportedly wearing underwear on a regular basis.
