Britney Spears is finally going to get to see her children. The troubled pop star has not seen Jayden James or Sean Preston since she was first hospitalized on January 3rd. Leading up to the police intervention, Spears held the youngest child Jayden in a locked bathroom and refused to turn him over to Kevin Federline’s security team who had come to get the children at the end of her visitation period.

Lawyers on both sides have come to an agreement that will enable Britney to see the kids as long as her psychiatrist and her father Jamie Spears are with her in a therapeutic setting.

I can’t help but think that it will be a good thing for Britney to spend time with her kids. How can that not lift her spirits and reinforce the importance of getting back to a stable life. Spears father deserves a lot of credit for understanding the need to curtail his daughter’s constant interaction with the paparazzi and limit her exposure to her old group of enablers.
