Guests at Ashton Kutcher’s 30th birthday party are at the center of a major health scare. A-list celebrities, including Madonna, Bruce Willis, Kate Hudson and Gwyneth Paltrow will have to be tested for hepatitis.

According to Star magazine, a waitress at New York club Socialista, who was working during the February 7 party, hosted by Kutcher and wife Demi Moore, has tested positive for hepatitis A.

A source at the New York Board of Health confirms that “a report will go out tomorrow that everyone who was at the club Feb. 7, 8 and 11 will need to be tested.”

Other guests included Salma Hayek and her husband, Lake Bell, Molly Sims, Amy Smart, Ivanka Trump, Parker Posey, Ali Larter, stylist Rachel Zoe, and designer Roberto Cavalli, Lucy Liu, Liv Tyler, Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart.
