Paris Hilton celebrated her 27th birthday, for the second time, in Las Vegas this weekend. And how did the heiress decide to celebrate? By performing in a burlesque show with the Pussycat Dolls.

Paris reportedly designed her own outfit for the show held at the Pussycat Dolls Lounge inside Pure Nightclub at Caesar’s Palace. Paris introduced the Dolls and strutted around the stage in a black dominatrix outfit. She then channeled her inner Dita von Teese, performing in a giant martini glass.
