Avril Lavigne channels her inner sex kitten for the March issue of Maxim magazine. The 23-year-old pop star, known for her bad girl antics, (like spitting at paparazzi) shows us her sexy and sophisticated side.

The sk8r girl, who admits she still likes to party, choses wine over Jager shots these days. “I signed up to be on this wine list where they send you stuff that isn´t sold in stores. I´m a wino now. Last night we drank some Opus One.”

Did you know that Avril, who has sold over 35 million records and has three platinum albums, once sang alongside Shania Twain? In 1998, Lavigne, who was 13 at the time, won a competition to sing with the country music star on her first major concert tour.
