Duff Goldman, has taken baking to a whole new level. For his “extreme baking” techniques, featured on the Food Network reality show, Ace of Cakes, the “bad boy of baking” and his staff use blow torches and drill saws to shape their original and delicious works of art.
Goldman staffed his Baltimore bakery, Charm City Cakes, with eleven of the most talented people he knew - his friends, “a ragtag group of musicians, artists, and creative souls with experience in architectural modeling, graphic design, sculpture, painting, DJ-ing, coffee slingin’, performance art, massage therapy, and waitressing.”
Duff has become one of the most sought after cake makers in the country, recently creating a Hogwarts cake for the Harry Potter premier. (View video below)
