Katie Rees has fallen from grace for a second time after being arrested for assaulting a police officer. The former Miss Nevada lost her crown in December of 2006 when racy photos surfaced of Rees on the internet.

Rees reportedly elbowed and kicked a Las Vegas policeman when he pulled her over for a traffic violation at 3:00a.m. Wednesday morning. The dethroned beauty queen was driving on a suspended drivers license, had suspended license plates and was cited for speeding. Her booking photo is shown above.
