The Maxim Super Bowl Party was the place to be in Scottsdale, AZ Sunday night as stars from “The Hills” Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt to the men from “Entourage” came out to play. Even pre-game show host Ryan Seacrest took some time out from his 37 jobs and let his hair down a little.
