George Clooney didn’t realize he was a close neighbor to Britney Spears until the night she had her meltdown and refused to turn her young sons Sean Preston and Jayden James over to Kevin Federline’s security people. That’s when he suddenly developed an aversion to his happy hacienda and decided it was time to look for different digs.

We all recall the ensuing standoff with police and her eventual 48 hour hospitalization for psychiatric evaluation. Turns out Clooney witnessed the police, ambulance and helicopter conflagration in his neighborhood and thought that someone had escaped from prison. He set out with baseball bat in hand to find out what was happening.
