Britney Spears is going to be back in court today. The pop star’s legal team called an emergency hearing today at the L.A. Superior Court. The latest news is that Brit has agreed to undergo a psychiatric evaluation as long as she can have visitation in a therapeutic setting with her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Britney recently split with paparazzi boyfriend Adnan Ghalib. But the two were seen hand in hand last night leaving Taverna Tony’s restaurant in Malibu. From there, they headed off to the Regency Beverly Wilshire Hotel, in Beverly Hills.

Ghalib sat for several media interviews yesterday and indicated he was in love with Spears and was certain that they would be back together very soon. From the sound of it, he must have known what he was talking about. His wife, Azlynn Elizabeth Berry, filed divorce papers against the photographer earlier this week.
