Victoria Beckham: Marc Jacobs New Ad Campaign Photos Released

Victoria Beckham is lending her image to Marc Jacobs new 2008 Spring and Summer ad campaign. He has photographed the Posh celebrity in some whimsical shots, many that show her inside of an over-sized shopping bag.
Beckham wears a little antenna hat in some of the shots. Daily Mail called her a dead ringer for Tinky Winky of the Teletubbies.
Marc Jacobs has chosen Beckham to represent his label even though she tops Mr. Blackwell’s 2007 Worst Dressed Celebrity list.

I think this is a particular genius ad campaign for Marc. Juergen Teller’s photographs of Posh encapsulate her #1 shopper persona in a cheeky and intriguing way. Her provocative legs out of the shopping bag display both the brand and what an MJ girl is all about: a woman who’s out there, take it or leave it, and does whatever the hell she wants.
