Paris Hilton in Vintage Flapper (Photos)

Paris Hilton was clubbing in Los Angeles on Saturday night looking every bit like a 1920’s flapper in her sequined black mini dress and head band. Her bright red lips and vamp expression sealed the deal.

Has Paris given up on her plans to become a different person? Seems like her plan to give back and make a difference has begun to fall by the wayside. The great Rwanda debacle seems to have ended any grand charitable project. Turns out she was afraid to move forward with the undertaking and has since gone back to what she knows best - lending her name and face to new salon openings and Vegas club hosting gigs. Have party - Paris will be there.

Paris has taken pains to improve her image and has been going for an older look. She has also expressed a desire to become a full fledged actress.
