Norah Jones and long time boyfriend Lee Alexander called it quits over the holiday’s. Alexander was her band’s bassist, which could make for an awkward situation in the future.

Friends are saying that the two will remain friends and continue having a working relationship. Lee, who also helped Norah write her last album “Not to Late”, has been seen in New York partying it up. Nothing says I am free like a stiff drink.

Break-ups always seem to make for good albums, so it will be interesting to see what Norah writes about in the future.
