Lindsay Lohan appears to have fallen off the wagon. We’ve got a video of the celebrity drinking at a New Year’s Eve party in Capri, Italy. This certainly helps to explain her out of control behavior over the past few days.

Lohan’s lawyer, Blair Berk, says that despite the lapse, she is “back on track”. The actress left Cirque Lodge rehab in October.
