Britney Spears will be put under oath today and barraged with questions by attorneys representing Kevin Federline. The grilling, which will be recorded, could take several days. The goal, from K-Fed’s perspective, is to prove that she is unfit to have even partial custody of her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James.

We know a great deal about what Federline is using for ammunition. His case has been greatly aided by the paparazzi, who photograph the pop celebrities every move. They have likely added to her issues but she hasn’t figured out the simple truth about staying out of the spotlight instead of inviting it. There are serious allegations of child endangerment that will be one of the hot topics. Her alcohol and drug use will also be dissected.

One thing is for sure - Britney Spears will not be able to tire of the situation and bolt for the door. She will be in the hot seat until K-Fed’s legal team has had their way with her. Will she hold up under the pressure or can she be counted on to space out and escape to laa laa land - as is her usual practice?
