Britney Spears has called in sick (morning sickness?). She was scheduled to be grilled by the legal team of Kevin Federline. She is one savvy girl. If you can’t stomach the experience then just call in sick.

Talk about delaying the inevitable. According to People magazine, this is the fourth time the messed up celebrity has dodged another bullet, at least temporarily, when it comes to giving the deposition. The court has rescheduled the session. Spears’ legal team was able to block the video taping of the session - if it ever takes place.
