“Sports Illustrated” just announced that daredevil Evel Knievel is dead at 69. The ailing trick rider had been in failing health for several years. His death was confirmed by his granddaughter Krysten Knievel.
Knievel suffered from diabetes and a lung condition called pulmonary fibrosis. He made news just 2 days ago when he settled a lawsuit with Kanye West.
