Julianne Hough was scheduled to marry former dancer Zach Wilson in August. Helio Castroneves was scheduled to marry Cuban fashion designer Aliette Vazquez this December. Julianne has postponed her plans, citing their “Dancing with the Stars” commitment as the reason. Helio confirmed today that his engagement has been called off completely and he and Vazquez have parted ways.

It is now the day after the “Dancing with the Stars” finale and Helio and Julianne have won the trophies and the associated bragging rights. They will be doing interviews and make the rounds on all of the TV talk shows.

Situations change and people change. It will be interesting to see what happens with Julianne. But the verdict is in on Helio and Aliette.
