Dancing with the Stars - And The Winner Is…..

Dancing with the Stars contestants Marie Osmond, Mel B and Helio Catroneves must be letting the stress get to them. All performances last night were dull and not nearly as crisp as they have been. The freestyle was the most disappointing - especially the performance of Marie and Jonathan.

If you sat through the hour long competition last night, you likely came away wanting. The judges handed out a few 10’s - not because they were earned but more likely because they wanted to ensure that Marie wouldn’t be able to garner enough viewer votes to win the competition.

Marie was waaaaay out of her element last night. Even her family members seemed embarrassed when panned in their ringside seats. Her body forgot how to bend. She seemed puffy, which was odd because she has been looking quite svelt with each passing week.

It has become clear that she does not take constructive criticism. The judges were unanimous in their lack of praise last night. They all tried to be diplomatic but the common theme was - her stay on Dancing with the Stars had clearly outlasted her talent. She brushed off their comments and appealed to her fans to vote. We can only hope that they don’t take her up on it. How embarrassing would that be.

So the final dance competition will be between Helio and Mel B. They both have the talent. Will we see our first female winner or will Julianne’s partner win for the second year running.
