American Idol runner up Katharine McPhee is reportedly engaged to Nick Cokas. A detail worth noting is the fact that the groom is 19 years her senior.

McPhee 24 and Cokas 43 met in 2005 when both were performing in a theater production of “The Ghost and Mrs. Muir”. The two are now collaborating on an independent film titled “The Last Caller”, a dark romantic comedy which will be produced by Cokas and star McPhee.

The former Idol contestant says that they share a love of all things business and enjoy attending meetings together. McPhee is currently busy filming the Anna Haris comedy “I Know What Boys Like”.
