Amy Winehouse and husband, Blake Fielder-Civil were arrested on October 18th for having 7 grams of marijuana in their possession - the two were held overnight.

Winehouse plans on appealing the fine because she claims that the Norwegian police have made a mistake. Amy and Blake paid the fine of $715 each and evidently if you pay your fine you are automatically found guilty. The couple could not understand the language and didn’t know what repercussions this would have on them.

God knows Amy and Blake are not guilty! Amy’s lawyer stated that this could cause serious complications if Amy Winehouse wants to enter the US.

I hope this whole mess gets resolved and soon! Amy and Blake do not need or deserve any good bad press.
