Eight Warrants Served in Death of Anna Nicole Smith
Investigators have started serving warrants and raiding the homes and offices of several people close to Anna Nicole Smith who are under suspicion since her death.
Among those served is Anna Nicole’s psychiatrist, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, who authorized all 11 prescription medications found in Anna Nicole’s hotel room the day she died. Howard K. Stern was reportedly at the doctor’s home at the time of the raid!
More than 600 pills, including 450 muscle relaxants, were missing from prescriptions that were no more than five weeks old.
The home and offices of Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, who prescribed methadone to Smith shortly before she died, were among those raided.
So what I want to know is why is there no mention of the man who was by Anna Nicole Smith’s side day after day? You know, the one who took photos and videos of Anna Nicole messed up, passed out and overdosed. The one who’s name was on the majority of Anna Nicole’s prescriptions. Yeah, Howard K. Stern. Any warrants being issued for him?

It seems really strange that Howard could be in a “so-called” loving relationship with Anna and he did nothing to prevent her from using multiple prescription drugs. He was probably trying to help her cash-in on her late husband’s estate and thought he was securing his millions when Danilyn was born. Unfortunately, he is not the father and, I think that Anna, may have tried to over-medicate herself to escape confrontation with Howard over Danilyn. The bottom line is that she was sleeping with Larry Birkhead long enough to conceive a child. On the other hand, if Anna committed suicide, her insurance company would not pay her policy. So was her death really a mistake? or did Howard persuade the medical examiner to rule-out suicide and call it a mistake? Anna died right before the results of the paternity test came in. Granted, the loss of her son may have contributed to her increased drug use, but I don’t think that her death was totally over the loss of her son Daniel.
